This unsigned rifle is reliably attributed to Stoffel Long by several knowledgeable KRA members. This rifle was built with a percussion patent breech. It has a well-fitting percussion lock that is likely a replacement for the original lock. The barrel is 43 1/2″ long, is deeply rifled, and retains the original muzzle decoration. It has a two piece patchbox engraved in Stoffel Long’s distinctive style. All the other inlays are similarly engraved.
